Michel Bracké

A Better Future AB

Michel is the founder of A Better Future AB, a Swedish management and finance consultancy focused exclusively on plant-based products and innovations. Michel is a seasoned business and management consultant with over 15 years of experience as the CEO of mid-sized and startup companies, both listed and privately held ones. A Better Future AB represents the V-Label label in Sweden and the company is venture associate to Beyond Animal, the leading and exclusively vegan fin-tech funding platform. Michel is a vegan, speaks 6 languages and have an inclusive management style, focusing on building a common vision and aligning teams. Michel holds a Master’s Degree and is a Harvard Business School Alumni.

Fabio Ziemßen


Fabio specialises in finance, business development, and business growth. As a partner of ZINTINUS GmbH, a food growth fund, Fabio Ziemßen is responsible for financing and supporting startups in the field of alternative protein sources, clean nutrition, functional food, and food waste reduction. In his role as chairman of Balpro e.V., Fabio Ziemßen is committed to networking and dialogue in the alternative protein sources segment. Balpro was founded in 2019 and counts over 100 players from startups to established companies and VCs.entities. In 2019, it was voted “Top40under40” by Capital magazine. In early 2020, it was awarded the title of “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum.

Gil Horsky

Mondelez International

Gil specialises in fundraising, distribution, scaling, marketing, and business development. Gil is the Director of Ventures at Mondelēz International. Throughout his career, he has worked on iconic global brands including Milka, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, Toblerone, Cadbury, Oreo, Tropicana, and Nestle Purina, and has identified, developed, and launched over $500 million of new food products, technologies, and businesses around the world.

Steve Molino

Clear Current Capital

Steve specialises in finance and business development. Steve is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, whose professional experience includes investing in private equity and venture capital funds as well as evaluating mission-driven, early-stage investments in sustainable food. He is an avid health and wellness enthusiast focused on the intersection between nutrition, sustainability, and the future of food.

When you join the ProVeg Incubator, our team will become your team. We are experts in our respective fields and are dedicated to using our skills and knowledge to support you in achieving your goals.

Hédi Farhat

Investment Associate

Hédi evaluates promising startups and coaches them throughout the period they participate at the Incubator. Hédi has an extensive background in investment and finance, he has worked for consulting companies, VC funds, and infrastructure companies. Before joining the team, he also founded a company that specialises in building startup investment theses. Hédi has an MSc. in Corporate Finance, is a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst® and is an all-around investment specialist.

Daniel Uwira

Investment Analyst

Daniel assists in the analysis and evaluation of startups, as well as manages the portfolio of ProVeg Incubator’s successful ventures. He started at the Incubator’s team in September 2022 as a working student, Daniel is currently completing his Master’s degree in Business & Economics and he has been a passionate vegan and animal lover for over 7 years.

Julia Martin

Programme Manager

Julia is a Biotechnologist/Food Chemist with a focus on alternative protein. Her expertise is on fats, sensomics, cellular agriculture and animal-free product development. Julia is the Programme Manager at the ProVeg Incubator and also coaches the startups on technical areas.

Luisa Pereira Goss

Marketing and Communications Officer

Luisa started as a marketing intern at the ProVeg Incubator in February 2021. Her role involves content creation, social media support, event promotion, and working with startups. Luisa is Brazilian, with a background in Business Administration. She currently lives in Stuttgart and just completed a Master’s Degree in Organic Agriculture and Food Systems

Divya Murthy

Senior Investment Manager

Divya is in charge of evaluating companies to facilitate ProVeg’s startup investments. She also assesses and coaches startups during the accelerator programme. Divya is an MBA with a major in finance and has over six years of experience working with companies in strategy evaluation, due diligence, and financial modelling. Before joining the Incubator, Divya worked across roles in mergers and acquisitions consulting, corporate credit rating, and risk advisory.

Antje Räuscher

Senior Innovation and Partnerships Manager / Co-Head

Antje is in charge of running the accelerator programme and selecting and coaching the startups that the Incubator works with. She is a trained agricultural economist, with a focus on food security and has a Bachelor’s in International Business Management. Antje worked in business development for consulting companies, as well as startups, and in the international cooperation field before joining the Incubator.

Albrecht Wolfmeyer

Head of ProVeg Incubator

Albrecht leads the ProVeg Incubator and is responsible for building and managing the team, and developing the Incubator’s long-term strategy – including startup investment and internationalisation. He has extensive professional experience in international profit and non-profit organisations and is an expert in marketing, strategy, and project management.

As part of the food awareness organisation, ProVeg International, we are committed to the mission of reducing global animal consumption by 50% by the year 2040.
